As the leader of the Anna Kitras Team with Fathom Realty, Anna doesn’t just get the job done. She goes further. “I love helping families buy a home and help people create wealth in real estate. And I love that my career allows me the opportunity to be creative when it comes to helping them find a way to make things happen,” Anna says. “A lot of times people say, ‘Oh, I have bad credit,’ and they shy away from the process of purchasing. But because of my background in finance, I can help them.” One of Anna’s favorite aspects of her work involves giving her clients tips and strategies to help them get what they want. “I really love educating the consumer and showing them what options they have,” she admits. “In some cases, those tips are probably things they never even knew could be possible for them.”

Anna first got her real estate license in California in 1998. Then in 2014, she got licensed in Las Vegas. However, even before that, Anna had a long background in the industry. “Growing up on Long Island in New York, I worked for my dad, who had a home improvement company. When I was 18, I started helping him with home improvement loans.” Anna continues, “My dad was from Greece, and I was the oldest of the children, so I learned how to get into finance because he needed some assistance, and I helped him out.” As Anna grew, she moved to California and began her career in the mortgage industry doing loan telesales. From 1995 to 2008, she built a successful mortgage career. When the economic downturn of the late 2000s hit, Anna got out of the business and decided to focus more on selling real estate. In December of 2013, Anna moved to Las Vegas. Her initial plan was to focus on flipping properties, and she did that for a couple of years. But as that business began to slow, she redirected her focus to listings. Since then, her trajectory has been impressive. So much so, that she recorded $15 million in sales volume in 2021. Throughout the process, her experience and growth have seen her move from Keller Williams to Fathom Realty and start her own team. Away from work, Anna leads an active, fulfilling life. In her free time, she enjoys time with her five dogs. She also has a passion for exercise, reading, home renovation, and helping others with visualizing and realizing the design potential of their homes. “I really like helping people achieve the vision that they have for their own properties, by giving them examples of what we could do,” Anna says. “And with the market being as competitive as it is right now, you need to think a little differently. ”That’s exactly what Anna Kitras does on behalf of her clients … by coming up with new solutions and by going further on their behalf.
